Samsung debuts new slider smartphone Transform

The new Transform is a slider full QWERTY mobile which runs on Android 2.1 operating system. It has a 3.5-inch HVGA ( (480 x 320 pixels) touchscreen and dual camera, a 3.2 megapixel cam at rear with flash and a VGA at front for video call facility.


The Samsung Transform operates on the Sprint 3G network and features a powerful 800 MHz processor. It has an internal memory of 2 GB and can be extended upto 32 GB using micro SD cards. The connectivity options include Stereo Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS navigation.

The additional features include ability to sync personal and corporate e-mail, contacts and calendars, and multiple messaging options and social networking applications. Transform also provides access to popular Google mobile services.

The price of Samsung Transform in United States market is $149.99. The price and availability of Sprint in India are not yet conformed.
