Android 3.0 'Honeycomb', exclusively for tablets

Putting an end to all anticipations, Google has finally divulged the nomenclature mystery of Android 3.0 Honeycomb. Rumor mills suggested that the Honeycomb will be available for PCs but to their dismay the Honeycomb will only embrace tablets makers, if reports are to be believed.

Honeycomb the next version of Android platform are specifically crafted for the devices with larger screen sizes, particularly for tablets. The earlier versions of Android like Éclair, Froyo and the most recent Gingerbread are already a sensation in the tech world. Thus it was quite evident that many of Android's existing features shine in Honeycomb. 

The impending Android 3.0 Honeycomb comes embedded with new impressive features, too. The capable OS is poised with latest Google Mobile innovations including Google Maps 5 with 3D interactions and offline reliability. Further the sources cited that it renders access to over 3 million Google eBooks and Google Talk.
