Rumors of Nokia X7-00 Being Unveiled at MWC

Looks like the Nokia guys have planned out their stuff for the Mobile World Congress in February. Earlier today, the N9 was rumoured to be going on display and now it’s their X7 smartphone. About a month back, the X7-00 saw a couple of pictures and a video as well, but news on the phone grew cold after that.

To join the N9?

The smartphone is said to be running on Symbian^3 and will be focusing on games. The screen boasts of Gorilla Glass coating and a water resistant casing. Here are the rest of the features:
  • 4-inch capacitive display with Gorilla Glass coating
  • 3G and WiFi connectivity, GPS with A-GPS support
  • Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP
  • 8 megapixel camera with HD video capture and 2 megapixel front-facing camera
  • Memory expandable up to 32 GB
Apart from these, the phone is said to have a 720 MHz processor and an NFC chip as well. The features look solid but we are waiting to see what more they have in store for MWC. It’s quite possible that their phones might steal the show, but it’s too early to make predictions.
