Samsung Vibrant Plus to Boast Blistering T-Mobile 4G Speed? Read more: http://blog.laptopmag.com/samsung-vibrant-plus-to-boast-blistering-t-mobile-4g-speed#ixzz1Awr7Y7P6

According to dedicated T-Mobile blog TmoNews, the rumored Samsung Vibrant Plus handset will hum along at over 21 Mbps on T-Mobile’s 4G network. The device, an improved version of the popular Samsung Vibrant, a Galaxy S phone, will also sport Android 2.2 Froyo. While it’s not exactly Gingerbread (2.3), any OS improvement over the Vibrant’s current Android 2.1 is certainly welcome.
This speculation is based on what appear to be internal T-Mobile marketing documents the site somehow obtained. T-Mobile’s current 4G handsets, the G2 and myTouch4G, are limited to download speeds of 14Mbps, which would make the new Vibrant Plus the fastest phone available for TMO.
It looks like the same 4-inch Super AMOLED screen is here along with 1GHz CPU. New though is a front-facing camera to complement the 5-MP main shooter. There’s also something called “Mobile HD TV powered by T-Mobile TV” which sounds interesting. Perhaps MobiTV has gone bye-bye..

The Kindle app is included too plus doubleTwist Air Sync to get music, photos, and videos from computer to phone. Sweetening the deal is a digital copy of the movie Inception. That’s great since we still need to watch it a few more times to figure out what actually happened.
