Tata DOCOMO along with retail chain major Future group has launched its new 'T24' mobile service in Gujarat.
In what is seen as the unique tie-up between Tata Teleservices and retail company Future group, the T24 concept offers discount services to their customers on purchase of talktime.
“It is a unique marketing alliance between a retailer group and telecom operator that offers customers free talk time on purchases or recharges made at any of the Future group outlets,” Tata DOCOMO COO GujaratNipun Sharma said.
The company is witnessing welcoming response for the new service even in other states also. And it now aims to open more stores in the state. The Future Group wants to introduce the service in 23 big stores and expand itto seven other key areas including Bharuch, Vapi, Surat and Anand.
“This new service, which is on a franchise model, will be offered from all of our 23 large outlets spread across seven towns inGujarat. We shall open two more retail stores in Bhavnagar and Mehsa
